METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM LOSSES OF PLASTICIZER WITH PLASTICIZED POLYMERS

The invention relates to measurement technique and can be used for the determination of maximum losses of plasticizer by plasticized polymers for a priori evaluation of rate of aging and service life of constructional and electro-technical materials. The method claimed provides for determination of dependence of relative change of mass of plastic compound with time. It differs from the known methods in that time of relaxation of diffuse process is determined not by time of coming to sorption equilibrium, though by time of coming to maximal value for standard deviation of relative change of mass of material in process of removal of plasticizer. Use of this method makes it possible to decrease from 3 to 13 times the time required for determination of maximum losses of plasticizer compared to the known methods.
