PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell which, while reducing manufacturing costs, can restrain power generation characteristics from deteriorating when an encapsulation material is cured by irradiation of beams of light.
SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar cell comprises: a first substrate 20; a first electrode 10 disposed on the first substrate; a porous semiconductor layer 12 disposed on the first electrode and including semiconductor particulates 2 and dye molecules 4; an electrolyte 14 which adjoins the porous semiconductor layer 12 and which is derived from an oxidation-reduction electrolyte by dissolving it in a solvent; a second electrode 18 which adjoins the electrolyte; a second substrate 22 which is disposed on a second electrode; an encapsulation material 16 disposed between the first and the second substrates and encapsulating the electrolyte; and an attenuation layer (scattering film 21) disposed in one of a region of the second electrode other than portions opposed to the encapsulation material and the porous semiconductor layer, the attenuation layer attenuating beams of light in a prescribed wavelength region which are incident from the second substrate side.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
