<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply device of synchronous rectification system, capable of achieving correct operation using a switching element with low on-resistance without degrading efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The switching power supply device includes: rectification means that rectifies an input pulse voltage; voltage-current conversion means provided on the side where a pulse voltage is input into the rectification means; current-voltage conversion means that converts an output current into voltage of the voltage-current conversion means; and comparison means that compares a difference between a voltage of the current-voltage conversion means and a reference voltage, and controls the operation of the rectification means by an output from the comparison means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
