<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively control mirrors by a simple mechanical structure in a solar light condenser performing two-axis tracking to many mirrors and to configure the simple mechanical structure with driving devices significantly fewer in quantity than the mirrors. <P>SOLUTION: The solution is to collect all of the incident light, reflected light, and convergent point in one plane. Many mirrors are aligned and a light condensing area is movably controlled so that the incident light and reflected light are collected in one plane.
