<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide output voltage recovery device and method of a fuel cell capable of operating the fuel cell stably and continuously at a low cost, by eliminating the influence of an odorant to the fuel cell by a simple means. <P>SOLUTION: In the output voltage recovery device and method of a fuel cell 3 which is supplied with fuel gas containing an odorant and generates electric power, the fuel gas not containing an odorant is supplied to the fuel cell 3 when the output voltage thereof goes below a predetermined level. The fuel gas not containing an odorant is suitably produced by passing the fuel gas containing an odorant through an odorant remover 6 using an adsorbent thereby removing the odorant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
