摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunction machine operation control system that can stop a multifunctional machine in emergency in response to an emergency earthquake report, and safely make a recovery while preventing a secondary disaster from being caused by a user's restarting operation. <P>SOLUTION: An FSS server 31 includes an emergency earthquake report reception part 31c receiving the emergency earthquake report including a predicted arrival time and predicted earthquake intensity of an earthquake, an emergency stop part 31d transmitting an emergency stop signal to an MFP 100 according to the predicted earthquake intensity of the emergency earthquake report, and a self-diagnosis instruction part 31e transmitting a self-diagnosis instruction signal to the MFP 100 after the predicted arrival time of the emergency earthquake report. The MFP 100 invalidates a user's operation input when an emergency stop is made according to the emergency stop signal, makes a self-diagnosis according to the self-diagnosis instruction signal, and transmits a result of the self-diagnosis to the FSS server 31.
