<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor actuator capable of restraining dispersion of grease and restraining displacement of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A case side counter part 41 opposed to an end 16a of an oil retaining bearing 16 is integrally formed on a case side support piece 22a provided on a worm 31, and a cover side counter part 42 opposed to the end 16a of the oil retaining bearing 16 is integrally formed on a cover side support piece 23a provided on the worm 31. Then, a notch 43 penetrating in an axial direction of a rotary shaft 18 and opened on a cover 4 side is formed on the case side counter part 41, and a notch 45 penetrating in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 18 and opened on a case body 3 side is formed on the cover side counter part 42.
