<p>A membrane filter has a feed chamber, a product chamber and at least one tube opening into both, the tube being a cylindrical membrane surrounded by a cylinder of fibres and a support tube; the novelty is that the outer ends of the tubes have an internal sleeve to seal the edges and formed as a rigid piece, conical and on the outside, which clamps the membrane and fibre tube against the support tube.</p> |
