A mine skip consists of a body, a frame and a shutter in the form of a sector of cylindrical flap and a pan hinged in the lower part of body. The axle of mounting the body shutter is placed above the upper point of discharge window of skip and is displaced from the center of radius of cylindrical shutter flap.
