PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent diode is provided to secure a high quality image by preventing the change of a white color coordinate by a viewing angle due to the mismatch of emission spectrum with electric field emission spectrum. CONSTITUTION: An anode(210) faces a cathode(240). A second hole transport layer(214) is formed in a red pixel region(Rp). A third hole transport layer(216) is formed in a green pixel area(Gp). A fourth hole transport layer(218) is formed in a blue pixel region(Bp). A light emitting material layer comprises a red organic electroluminescent pattern(222), a green organic electroluminescent pattern(224), and a blue organic electroluminescent pattern(226).
