The invention refers to an industrialised process for obtaining mixtures of methyl esters generated from the esterification and transesterification of triglycerides present in new and/or used vegetable and/or animal oils or fat, using a bentonite clay as a catalyst for the process, so that the operation being cleaner and the materials having characteristics similar to those of oil derivative fuels. The process also describes the equipments, times, steps, methods required to obtain quality industrial biodiesel, so that the obtained material may be used as fuel in diesel or combined machines, having excellent combustion properties and of a high ecological behaviour, this fuel not including sulphur therefore not emitting sulphured or SO2 emissions, also the oxygen of the composition promoting a clean carbon dioxide combustion (non-toxic), thus avoiding the formation of carbon monoxide (toxic). The inventive fuels may be used in two and four-stroke motors, or by themselves or preferably combined and with the corresponding improvements in the equipment, or fuel oil in regions where the supply of oil products is limited, also being used in agricultural and pumping machinery. |
