RESOURCE CONFIGURATION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR UPLINK DEMODULATION REFERENCE SIGNAL

A resource configuration method and system for an uplink demodulation reference signal. A base station configures, for a user terminal, N resources or parameter sets for sending an uplink demodulation reference signal through high layer signaling, and through K bits in downlink control information, indicates one of the N resources or parameter sets for the user terminal to send the uplink demodulation reference signal; and the user terminal sends the uplink demodulation reference signal by using the resources or parameter set indicated by the K bits, N and K both being positive integers. The scheme saves the signaling overhead, dynamically configures demodulation reference signal (DMRS) resources or parameter sets for UEs among cells, so as to implement DMRS orthogonalization of UEs among different cells, overcome scheduling limits, enhance the multiplexing capacity of DMRS, avoid the problems in the prior art that orthogonalization fails to be implemented on UEs among different cells, scheduling limits, and insufficient multiplexing capacity of DMRS, thereby enhancing the transmission performance of the system.
