Disclosed is a spot color digital printing method. The method comprises the following steps. (1) Analyze a pattern of a fabric with a computer and perform color separation. (2) Match and tone spot colors obtained after the color separation, and accommodate the spot colors in 9 to 12 cartridges of a digital printing machine. Each of the cartridges has a sensitive printing head and can be controlled freely. After the cartridges are installed, print the pattern with the digital printing machine. (3) Wash and dry the fabric after printing to obtain a final product. The pattern printed on the fabric with the method is bright and vivid. |
