FIELD: weapons and ammunition.SUBSTANCE: charge for elite 5.6 mm sport rim-fire cartridge consists of spherically grained propellant located in the case with bullet. The charge is made of spherical powder elements. The elements consist of pyroxyline of one batch with nitrogen oxide content 213.2?214.5 ml NO/g, 0.4?0.8 wt % of diphenylamine, 0.3?0.8 wt % of carbon and bonded graphite, with bulk density 0.65?0.71 kg/dm, 0.2?1.0 wt % of dinitrotoluene desensitised from the surface in relation to powder, with remaining content of ethyl acetate 0.3?0.9 wt % and moisture 0.3?0.6 wt %. Fractions mass ratio: - mass fraction of powder passed through the screen 0.4 mm and remained on the screen 0.315 mm is not less than 80 %, - mass fraction of powder remained on the screen 0.4 mm and passed through the screen 0.315 mm is not more than 20 %.EFFECT: improvement of ballistic characteristics of 5,6 mm sport cartridges.1 tbl, 1 dwg |
