METHOD FOR PROCESSING VOICE CALL USING PRE-PAGING, AND BASE STATION AND HOME LOCATION REGISTER FOR PERFORMING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A voice call processing method using prior paging, a base station device, and a home location register are provided to reduce voice call setup delay between an origination terminal and a reception terminal in an LTE(Long Term Evolution) network. CONSTITUTION: A prior paging processing unit(3515) receives a prior paging request through a call reception unit. The prior paging processing unit transmits the prior paging request to the reception terminal through a home location register managing the location information of a reception terminal. The prior paging processing unit receives response for the prior paging request from the reception terminal through the home location register. A connection request unit(3517) receives the response for the prior paging request through the prior paging processing unit. The connection request unit executes voice call connection between an origination terminal and the reception terminal.
