A handheld device for a urine detection device comprises: a handheld pen body (1) and a pen cap (2). The pen cap (2) is fixed at a front end (101) or tail end (102) of the handheld pen body (1) in a detachable connection manner. A urine absorption block (4) and urine detection test paper are arranged in the handheld pen body (1). The urine absorption block (4) is extended out of the front end (101) of the handheld pen body (1). A support frame (3) is arranged on a lateral surface of the handheld pen body (1). The tail end (102) of the handheld pen body (1) is bent towards the side where the support frame (3) is located. When the handheld device is used by a user, the user can hold the bent tail end (102) of the handheld pen body (1) in the handheld device, and spray urine on the urine absorption block (4) of the handheld pen body (1) for urine sampling. When used, the handheld device is convenient and comfortable to hold. In addition, when the urine is sprayed, the pen cap (2) can be connected to the tail end (102) of the handheld pen body (1) to increase the length of the handheld pen body (1), so as to prevent the urine from being splashed onto the user hand.
