FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: method consists in extraction of HSC due to removal of elements, which are not HSC, from a suspension containing different hematopoietic cells. A buffer for immunomagnetic separation (IMSB) is a separation cocktail (SC) of the following composition: PBS+2% solution of indispensable amino acids +2% FBS+1% solution of antibiotices per 100 ml of SC: penicillin 100 units/ml + streptomycin 100 mkg/m, incubation of a cell with particles for separation of Streptavidin Particles Plus - DM is carried out at - 20°C for 3 min. The invention may be used in cell therapy of different diseases.EFFECT: method makes it possible to get substantial increase of viability of extracted HSC.3 ex
