FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: there are offered: a pharmaceutical combination comprising an a7 nicotinic receptor agonist, which represents (2S,3R)-N-(2-((3-pyridinyl)methyl)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl)benzofurane-2-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a solvate thereof, and at least one antipsychotic agent, wherein the mentioned combination provides a synergistic therapy of a mental disorder, the use thereof for preparing a therapeutic agent for treating or preventing the mental disorder, an appropriate method of treating, and a set comprising a package and the specified synergistic combination.
