The tool (1) has a fixed subset (4) comprising a horizontal twinning cross-piece (13) with cylindrical free ends. A movable subset (5) includes a retaining bracket (17) and two locking bearings (22). A connection-distance subset (6) includes a pair of manual actuation arms (49) that is mounted in a vertical plane on the free ends of the cross-piece. An end (35) of an assembly stem (31) is penetrated into one of the locking bearings of the movable subset. Another end of the assembly stem is partly mounted in the vertical plane in a lower part of one of the manual actuation arms.
