PURPOSE: An active type auto transmission is provided to improve transmission efficiency by enabling active shift of input speed difference. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft(10) has a plurality of step units. A plurality of input gears(20a,20b,20c) form a cam groove inside. A plurality of planetary gears(30a,30b,30c) circumscribe in the input gear, respectively. One annular gear(50) inscribes with the plurality of planetary gears. An output shaft(60) is engaged with the annular gear. A plurality of friction members(70) are static-frictionized or sliding-frictionized to the inner wall of the cam groove. A friction member driving unit(80) pressurizes the friction members to the inner wall of the cam groove.
