PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof rubber composition having an excellent low dynamic-to-static modulus ratio and excellent in low-temperature characteristic and crack growth resistance, and to provide a crosslinked vibration-proof rubber composition and a vibration-proof rubber.

SOLUTION: The vibration-proof rubber composition comprises: a rubber component having a conjugated diene compound-non-conjugated olefin copolymer and a conjugated diene polymer; and carbon black in which an amount of iodine adsorption is 50 g/kg or less.
