<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a shim adjustment work of eliminating backlash and improve assemblability, in a rotation transmission device that controls engagement and release of a two-way clutch by means of an electromagnetic clutch. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning part 5 is provided on an inner circumference at one end of a housing 3 for housing the two-way clutch 10 and the electromagnetic clutch 50 that controls the two-way clutch 10. An elastic member 7 supported by the positioning part 5 biases the two-way clutch 10 and the electromagnetic clutch 50 toward a retaining ring 8 provided on the inner circumference at the other end of the housing 3 to eliminate backlash. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
