<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for treating wastewater, which can precisely and continuously grasp a treatment condition of an organic substance in an actual wastewater treatment tank. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the apparatus 1 for treating wastewater using the method for treating wastewater by an activated sludge method in which organic wastewater is biologically treated in which actual wastewater to the actual wastewater treatment tank 12 and actual sludge discharged from the actual wastewater treatment tank 12 are continuously supplied to a miniature reaction tank 21 and then aeration is executed and the concentration of carbon dioxide gas (CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) is measured which is discharged in atmosphere in accordance with an organic substance decomposing reaction in the miniature reaction tank 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
