PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an image attached with a shadow at a selected position to be imaged.

SOLUTION: An imaging device for imaging a subject comprises: a left imaging unit and a right imaging unit that are arranged shifted left and right, and image the subject; a left light emission unit that is provided at the same position as the left imaging unit or on the further left side thereof in a left-right direction; a right light emission unit that is provided at the same position as the right imaging unit or on the further right side thereof in the left-right direction; and a light emission selection unit that, when the subject is irradiated with light and imaged, preselects with which of the left light emission unit and the right light emission unit the subject is irradiated with light in accordance with a user's operation.
