<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secure and energy-saving belt fixing device configured to be warmed up in a short time, and to provide an image forming device including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing device 15 includes a fixing roller 15a, a pressure roller 15b, a fixing belt 64, and a heating member 60. In the fixing device 15, the fixing belt 64 is stretched between the fixing roller 15a and the heating member 60, and the heating roller 15b is arranged so as to face the fixing roller 15a across the fixing belt 64. On the outside surface of the heating member 60, a groove is formed so as to be perpendicular to or inclined with respect to the moving direction of the fixing belt 64. The groove is filled with highly heat-conductive grease to easily eliminate temperature variation to be caused by film thickness variation of a conductive film, thereby achieving uniform temperature distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
