<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel which can be panelized without lowering alignment accuracy for a front plate and a back plate in a manner until now, even if a space of a non-display region other than a display region is reduced by making a picture frame marrow. <P>SOLUTION: A plasma display panel comprises: a front plate; and a back plate that is disposed opposite to the front plate and on which address electrodes, a base dielectric layer, and barriers are formed.
