<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a carbonized material capable of shortening the lead time for shipping as a product by solving problems of temperature rising of the humidified carbonized material during storage so as to reduce the storage space for improving the yield, and to provide a manufacturing system of a carbonized material. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing system of a carbonized material 10 includes: a carbonization furnace 12 for generating the carbonized material by applying carbonization treatment to organic waste; a humidifier 14 for humidifying the carbonized material; and cooling devices 16a-16c for cooling the carbonized product which has been humidified by the humidifier 14 and is a product P immediately before shipping. The cooling devices 16a-16c include: cylinders 40 having inlets 40a for filling the carbonized material provided at an upper part, and outlets 40b allowing opening and closing for discharging the carbonized material after cooling provided at a lower part; a cooling tank 42 housing the cylinders 40 and capable of distributing coolant provided around the cylinders 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
