<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for manufacturing an organic EL element by changing only ink concentration while satisfying viscosity required for forming an organic film by applying a printing method to suppress unevenness or pattern corruption, relating to an organic EL element and a method of manufacturing the organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: At least one layer constituting an organic light-emitting medium layer of organic EL elements is formed from the material containing both high polymer organic functional material having at least one kind of repeated structure and non-conductive high polymer material having weight average molecular weight which is larger than that of the high polymer organic functional material. As a result, viscosity can be adjusted independent of concentration of the high polymer organic functional material, thus the element can be manufactured at an optimum viscosity during a manufacturing process. Further, by using the non-conductive high polymer material for increasing viscosity, the amount of the high polymer organic functional material that is added can be reduced, thereby suppressing degradation in function of an organic functional layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
