<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable training of gravity center movement of shifting the weight left/right and forward/backward, in addition to the plantar and dorsiflexion operation of the feet. <P>SOLUTION: An exercise aid comprises a base 2, a pair of right and left foot placement steps 3, 3 which is provided to the base 2 and operates in the plantar and dorsiflexion directions, and a foundation 1 which supports the base 2.
