<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet of a glass plate configured to prevent a foreign matter from adhering to a glass plate. <P>SOLUTION: In the protective sheet of a glass plate, a cushion layer for protecting the glass plate from impact is formed of a polystyrene resin foam. The cushion layer is formed by extrusion-foaming a resin composition containing polystyrene resin and a polymer antistatic agent. A polymer antistatic agent immiscible with the polystyrene resin is used as the polymer antistatic agent.
