<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit tinsel which can keep appearance and metallic luster before dyeing processing without being dyed after the dyeing processing of twisted tinsel and textiles using the slit tinsel. <P>SOLUTION: A slightly dyeable tinsel is a laminated slit tinsel such that two sheets of laminated films which at least metal thin layer and slightly dyeable layer are laminated sequentially on a single side of a plastic film are united with the plastic film inside.
