<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counseling system flexibly coping with execution of counseling based on reservation and walk-in to increase an operation rate of a counselor to allow a client to smoothly request or perform the counseling. <P>SOLUTION: A counseling server 10 includes: a counselor schedule data holding section 31 for holding counseling schedules of respective counselors; a counselor status data holding section 33 for holding current status of service availability of the respective counselors; and a request information data holding section 32 for holding request contents and situations of counseling from membership. When receiving a walk-in request without reservation from a member terminal 60 immediately before starting, the server 10 refers to the counselor schedule data holding section 31, the counselor status data holding section 33, and the request information data holding section 32 to determine execution propriety of the counseling relating to the walk-in request, and the counselor in charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
