<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture structure of a locking body for mounting an air bag device, while maintaining required elasticity when the air bag is mounted, capable of preventing abnormal noise from being generated due to contact with other members. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting part structure of the air bag device includes a center member as an example of a first fixing member provided on the side of a steering wheel, and the air bag device having a mounting plate as an example of a second fixing member. A mounting member is formed to protrude on one of the center member and the mounting plate, while a locking body 60 is disposed on the other one. The locking body 60 includes a straight part 61 where the mounting member can be locked, a fixed end 62b, and a circular arc bent part 62a interposed between the straight part 61 and the fixed end 62b.
