<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-operate bath lift with a simple structure, which can be easily installed in a bathtub, allows safe and easy bating without a helper, without disturbing others during bathing, in order to solve the following problem: a helper is needed when a hemiplegic person or an aged person having a disability in the back, knee or the like to squat for entering a bathtub for bathing. <P>SOLUTION: This bath lift includes a seat part 2, two support parts 1, and suspension materials 3. The two support parts are fixed to right and left sidewalls 41 of the bathtub 4. Four corners of the seat part are suspended by two suspension materials, four in total, extending downward from the two support parts. One end of each of the suspension materials is fixed to the support part. The other end is fixed to a drum whose rotary shaft is installed in the seat part.
