<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide terminal, base station, method and integrated circuit, capable of efficient communication between the base station and the terminal in a communication system performing communication between the base station and the terminal. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a receiver unit for receiving a radio resource control (RRC) signal; a radio resource controller 6011 for setting parameters for a variety of uplink physical channels according to the radio resource control signal, and for setting parameters related to uplink power control corresponding to the respective uplink physical channels; and a transmission power controller 6015 for calculating a downlink path loss when particular information is not set, from a reception power measurement result based on a first measurement target and for setting uplink physical channel transmission power based on the downlink path loss, whereas when particular information is not set, for calculating the downlink path loss from a reception power measurement result based on a second measurement target, and for setting uplink physical channel transmission power from the downlink path loss. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
