<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire mounting position determination system capable of simplifying a system configuration by enabling a tire mounting position to be determined by gravity information transmitted from a tire pneumatic pressure sensor. <P>SOLUTION: Usually, when a vehicle 1 runs for a predetermined time after stopping for parking, and stops again for parking, a tire rotating position is different at each of the tires 2a to 2d. In view of this fact, each of the tire rotation positions is calculated from a rotational frequency signal (a pulse signal) Spl output from rotational frequency sensors 20a to 20d and gravitational component force values (gravitational component force value data Dgx) transmitted from tire pneumatic pressure detectors 4a to 4d. Then, tire positions obtained from the rotational frequency signal Spl are compared with tire positions obtained from the gravitational component force value data Dgx, so that the mounting position of each of the tires 2a to 2d is identified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
