According to a feature of the present invention, the computer program product is disposed on a computer readable media, and the product includes computer executable process steps operable to control a computer to: implement a proxy server operable to receive a rule protocol for modification of information received via the Internet, according to instructions caused by an entity that generates content related to the information, and to modify content by the proxy server, of information received via the Internet, according to the rule protocol.
