<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method by which cracks are prevented in cold forming of a grooved disk or a grooved cylindrical container. <P>SOLUTION: A workpiece is held between a punch having a recessed part in the central part and a die having a projecting part in the central part, a projecting part is formed in the central part of the workpiece by thrusting the punch into the workpiece and, successively, by forming a groove part by thrusting a ring-shaped die in a state where the workpiece is held between a punch having a ring-shaped projecting part and a die having a projecting part in the central part, a grooved disk is made. Next, the cold-formed grooved disk is placed on the ring-shaped die, and by thrusting a columnar punch, a vertical wall part is cold-formed to make the grooved cylindrical container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
