<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a moving body without waiting for the end of vibration and with fewer computer resources even under an environment with vibration. <P>SOLUTION: Moving body detection processing for detecting a moving body from a captured image is executed. Vibration due to an imaging device is detected based on the captured image.
