PURPOSE: An electronic horn and a lamp control system for vehicle safety and a method thereof are provided to increase speed and accuracy of dangerous situation judgment, by judging dangerous situation of a vehicle from various angles. CONSTITUTION: A sensing part(110) includes at least one of a front camera, a rear camera, a speed sensor, a navigation, a GPS and a distance sensor. The sensing part senses surrounding information of a vehicle. A control part(120) judges whether it is necessary to control at least one of a vehicle lamp and a Klaxon of the vehicle. A driving part drives to operate at least one of the Klaxon and the vehicle lamp. The driving part includes a first and a second switching device(131, 132).
