PURPOSE: A stripper device for a rolling mill with a scale removing part is provided to remove scales generated from slabs by guiding the scales to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A stripper device for a rolling mill comprises an upper stripper(100), a lower stripper(200), and a scale removing part(300). The upper stripper has an upper roller. The lower stripper is arranged under the upper stripper. The scale removing part is formed on the outer surface of the lower stripper to guide scales formed on slabs to the outside.
