PURPOSE: A mobile communications terminal case manufacturing method is provided to manufacture a mobile communications terminal case using an environmentally friendly material such as lacquer, charcoal and gold, thereby performing an electromagnetic wave shielding function while manufacturing the mobile communications terminal case to be more light, flexible and durable. CONSTITUTION: In a first process(100), a plaster cast having the same shape as a mobile communications terminal is manufactured to make a case for the mobile communications terminal. In a second process(110), a surface of the plaster cast is wound and fixed with a hemp cloth. In a third process(120), lacquer is varnished on a surface of the hemp cloth. In a fourth process(130), the surface of the hemp cloth varnished with the lacquer is wound with a gold foil. In a fifth process(140), the lacquer is varnished on a surface of the gold foil. In a sixth process(150), charcoal powder is evenly sprinkled on the surface of the gold foil varnished with the lacquer. In a seventh process, the second or sixth process is repeated in order over two times. In an eighth process(160), the surface of the plaster case sprinkled with the charcoal powder is wound and fixed with the hemp cloth for one time. In a ninth process(170), the lacquer is varnished on the surface of the hemp cloth. In a tenth process(180), the surface of the hemp cloth varnished with the lacquer is dried for predetermined time. In an eleventh process(190), a dried and hardened case is cut and separated from the plaster cast.
