The exhaust flap device has a control valve (38) of an exhaust flue (36) that is completely released in certain position and another control valve of another exhaust flue is completely closed. The former control valve of former exhaust flue is partially closed in another position, and latter control valve of latter exhaust flue is completely closed. The former control valve of former exhaust flue is completely closed in third position, and latter control valve of latter exhaust flue is completely released.
