The method involves uniform distribution of a stream of air by a distribution plate through holes that are uniformly spread allover a PAD so as to enable controllable and uniform generation of heat by using charcoal, where the distribution plate is firmly mounted on an edge of the PAD. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for secured, regular and directed uniform generation of grill heat (2) a method for lateral radiation of heat (3) a method for efficient controlling of heat output of a PAD (4) a method for top covering of the PAD (5) a device for controlled and uniform generation of heat energy.
