PURPOSE: A desulphurization agent supplying apparatus and a method thereof are provided to minimize the pollution of working environment by covering the top of the delivery part with a scattering prevention part in order to prevent quicklime from scattering, and then spraying fire to the agglomerate quicklime by a water spray part. CONSTITUTION: A desulphurization agent supplying apparatus comprises a delivery part(110), a scattering prevention part(120), and a water spraying part(130). The delivery part delivers a supplied agglomerate quicklime(A) to a charging ladle(2) through a hopper(1). The scattering prevention part is spaced apart to the upper portion of the delivery part and covers the upper portion of the delivery part in order to prevent the quicklime from scattering. The water spray part is fixed to the inside of the scattering prevention part and sprays water to the agglomerate quicklime which is delivered on the upper portion of the delivery part through the delivery part.
