The input units are adapted to enter the information of the complex system and/or the component in the device. Thus the identification of components can be performed quickly and more reliably. The entire process of identifying and ordering is easier and more comfortable, so that error probability of the order is reduced. The guide unit has speech output section in order to guide the user by speech signals, so that the user can very easily understand the information of component and/or the system, to identify the component accordingly. The diagnosis of malfunction and the handling is very easy and comfortable, since the component is optically checked by camera.
