The system has a backrest detachably connected by a locking mechanism and comprising a handle (1), where cushions and the backrest are interconnected by a hinge fitting. The handle is connected with a body part (6) of a motor vehicle by a pivot bearing (4), and comprises a lock i.e. uplock hook, and two shanks (8) with different lengths. The two shanks are arranged at right-angle to each other. The handle is tilted in two positions by the pivot bearing and fixable over an interlock (7) i.e. spring.
