The system has a box in which an electronic circuit (1) with a radiofrequency receiver (7) and a solar cell (2) with batteries (5) are arranged. The box includes a fixing unit i.e. adhesive strip or fixed support, for directly or indirectly fixing the box to a vehicle, where the strip is fixed inside a windscreen of vehicle. The circuit includes a microcontroller provided with activation or deactivation key (111), start or stop switch and status indicator (113) and power supply connectors. An auxiliary stack (6) is arranged in parallel with the batteries. |
