PURPOSE: A power supplying system of an ISG(Idle Stop & Go) vehicle and a power supplying method are provided to prevent a voltage decrease of a main power unit even though an engine is restarted by idle-go signals, thereby preventing an unstable power supply to electric equipment when the engine is stopped or restarted by a system and damage to the electric equipment caused by an ISG system. CONSTITUTION: A power supplying system of an ISG vehicle comprises an ISG control unit(100), a start motor(200), a main power unit(300), a sub power unit(400), and a switching unit(500). If the ISG control unit senses the occurrence of a preset idle-go condition when an engine is stopped, the ISG control unit generates idle-go signals for restarting the stopped engine. The start motor provides torque for starting the engine. The main power unit supplies power to a vehicle. The sub power unit is charged by the main power unit and supplies power to the start motor. The switching unit supplies power when the idle-go signals of the ISG control unit are generated.
