<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid discharge valve preventing a valve element from being fixed in a low-temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid discharge valve 50 includes a primary chamber body 110 formed with a primary chamber 110a to which fluid is introduced, a secondary chamber body 120 formed with a secondary chamber 120a from which fluid is derived, an introducing passage 111 for introducing the fluid to the primary chamber, a deriving passage 121 for deriving the fluid from the secondary chamber, and a valve body 130 communicating or blocking between the primary chamber and the secondary chamber and driven by a driving mechanism. The valve body 130 is arranged at a position corresponding to a center shaft of the primary chamber 110a and the secondary chamber 120a.
